Annie Hanawalt
Chief of Staff
Margaret (Annie) Hanawalt has more than 20 years of experience in operations and human resources, with executive level experience advising, coaching, managing, and leading staff for complex organizations. She joined Saras Micro Devices as Senior HR and Systems Integration/Business Operations Lead before being promoted to Chief of Staff. Her prior experience includes several positions at Los Alamos National Laboratory , including Staff Operations Manager and Chief of Staff in support of weapon R&D and manufacturing. She also served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sandia National Laboratories and HR Manager at Positive Energy Solar. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Project Manager (PMP), a SHRM Certified Professional, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
