Jon Greenwood
Strategic Advisor
Prior to moving into a Advisor role, Jon Greenwood served as the Chief Operating Officer of Saras Micro Devices for over two years. In this capacity he set the company’s vision, values, and strategy. Prior to joining Saras Micro Devices, Mr. Greenwood held leadership positions at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Plexus, Globalfoundries, Micron, Amkor Technology , and Motorola where he led key initiatives on improving operational systems, strategic planning, organizational engagement, innovation and commercialization of advanced semiconductor packaging technologies. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and has numerous patents related to the design and assembly of BGAs, high-performance flip chip, MEMS, optoelectronics and 3D/2.5D advanced packaging technologies.
